Is there a minimum order?
No minimum on custom orders. We'll happily make a single hat or towel. Volume pricing starts at 12 pieces and gets better from there.
How fast can I get my order?
You'll get a free quote and proof within 1 business day. Standard orders are ready in 7–10 business days after you approve the proof, and rush (3–5 business days) is available on most items.
Should I choose embroidery or print?
Embroidery is best for hats, polos, workwear and gifts: textured, premium and long-lasting. Screen print is the best value for 24+ tees with a few colors. DTF handles full-color art, photos and small runs. Not sure? Tell us about the job and we'll recommend the right method in your quote.
What file should I send for my logo?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) are ideal, but a PNG or JPG works. If all you have is a photo or a sketch, send that and we'll recreate it.
Do you charge a setup or digitizing fee?
Embroidery needs your logo converted to a stitch file, and screen printing needs a screen per color. We include logo setup free on orders of 24+ pieces and show any setup cost up front in your quote. You'll never be surprised.
Will I see a proof before you start?
Always. You'll get a digital mockup showing placement, size and thread or ink colors. Nothing is made until you approve it.
Can I bring my own garments?
Often, yes. Reach out with what you have and we'll let you know. We can also source quality blanks in just about any style, size and color.
Can I mix sizes and colors in one order?
Yes. Mix sizes, colors and even styles across your order. Your quantity counts toward volume pricing as long as the design is the same.
Do you ship?
We serve our local community and ship nationwide. Shipping cost and timing are included in your quote.
