Privacy Policy

The Thread Shed respects your privacy. This page explains how we handle information collected through threadshed.io.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, place a custom order, join our email list or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, organization, order details and any artwork or logo files you upload.

How we use it

We use it to answer your request, prepare quotes and proofs, make and deliver your order, and, if you joined our list, send occasional offers you can unsubscribe from at any time. Artwork you send is used only to produce your order.

Sharing

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as email delivery, shipping carriers and payment processors), and only as needed.
